CONFERENCE ON: “Peter Drucker on Corporate Strategy”

Professor Jorge Sá (PhD Columbia University; MBA Drucker University; Jean Monnet Chair) as Peter Drucker speaker just gave a conference on an important topic:  

“Peter Drucker on corporate strategy: How multibusiness organizations go about defining their strategy (11 steps) in order to create synergy (rather than anergy)”.

This conference focused on:

  • The 11 steps to follow for periodically reevaluating the geographical areas, industries and segments the company is in;
  • How to create synergy and thus the company pass the critical test that all of its businesses are better-off within the company than outside: that no company’s business is worth more to another owner.
